Mental Health: FundaMENTAL

Why is Your Mental Health Important?

Being Locked Into your mental health is critical because we are somatic beings. Simply put, our mind and body work in tandem to determine how we think, feel, and react. Because our brains are the epi-center for everything we do, it is important that we make sure we take care of the brain properly. For example, getting enough sleep each night (physical health) allows our brains to rest and rejuvenate for the next day. Or maybe something stressful happens at work (vocational health) leaving you in a brain fog for a few days. As you can see from the examples, our brain is an important organ that must be treated with care.

Did you know that 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year? You are not alone, and Locked Into Wellness LLC. is here to support you with kindness and love. Locked Into Wellness LLC does not currently have a licensed therapist on staff but please see recommendations below!
